A retrofit of two interconnected 17-story hospital, research, and education towers, upgrading their earthquake resilience from Level III to Level IV seismic capabilities. The project included seismic dampers, structural reinforcements, lab equipment anchorage, and utility system upgrades. ● Fabricated and installed all structural steel components for seismic retrofits. ● Installed seismic dampers between building sections at key structural points. ● Provided stair enclosures, rooftop framing, and reinforcement elements.
