Complete modernization and rebuild of Union Pacific Jordan Spreaders, converting the legacy air-operated maintenance-of-way machine into a fully hydraulic railroad spreader for continued snow removal and ballast operations. The rebuild included major structural, hydraulic, mechanical, electrical, and operator cab upgrades to extend the operational life and improve reliability of the equipment.
Complete structural rebuild and modernization of the spreader main frame, plow assemblies, wings, and ballast handling components
New hydraulic system including cylinders, welded hydraulic piping, valves, hoses, and operator control stands
Fabrication and installation of new operator cab, electrical systems, decking, ladders, handrails, storage boxes, and exterior work platforms
