Mechanical installation of a new Checked Baggage Inspection System (CBIS) serving Terminals 7 and 8 at LAX, including conveyor systems, support steel, access platforms, guarding, and system readiness for integrated testing and commissioning.

• Mechanically installed the complete CBIS Part B baggage handling system, including conveyors, belt curves, merges, sorters, queue conveyors, and associated mechanical components.

• Furnished and installed header steel, seismic bracing, sway bracing, catwalks, handrails, ladders, impact protection, stanchions, and sheet metal under-guarding required to support and protect the conveyor system.

• Performed belt cutting, lacing, tensioning, tracking, mechanical run testing, static checks, and supported load testing and commissioning activities leading up to system acceptance.
