NMI Industrial Holdings, Inc. (NMI) is the premier full-service custom industrial contractor founded on over 36 years of design, fabrication, and installation experience.  Our facility located in Sacramento, California consists of 50,000 sq. ft. of fabrication shop and two acres of additional yard space. 

Our team includes draftsmen, engineers, and millwright fabricators and journeymen expert in their field.  Our management team brings over 40 years of industrial and fabrication management into the company.  Our General Manager, Scott Chastain, started his apprenticeship as a union millwright in 1984 and over the years developed himself and his team into one of Northern California’s best industrial contractor teams.

NMI thrives on challenge and uncharted territory. Drawing on Prototype and Specialty Products expertise, NMI works with clients and partners to "bridge the gap" between product idea and industrial scale production. NMI has partnered with the solar panel industry to provide solutions for our clients who are interested in renewable energy.  Our engagement in the food industry, wine industry, stainless steel swimming pool industry, locomotive and train industry, as well as many other specialized industries, shows the scope and breadth of our capabilities. 

What Sets Us Apart

Although NMI has the horsepower to "do-it-all" – turnkey Design • Build • Install – we can also work with a client to perform any phase or stage of a stand-alone project as required. If a customer has already designed a project, NMI can handle just the fabrication or just the installation, working directly with the client's team. We can do all project phases, or perform any one phase separately.
